Job Description:

As a Cryo4all Customer Service Operator, you will be the face of our company, providing high quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cryotherapy services. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients, guiding them through their treatment plans, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their treatment sessions.
  • Treatment Administration: Operate cryotherapy equipment safely and efficiently, following all protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Consultation: Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate cryotherapy treatments.
  • Education: Educate clients about the benefits of cryotherapy, answer questions, and provide detailed explanations of the treatment process.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress tracking.
  • Sanitization: Ensure all equipment and facilities are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained to meet health and safety standards.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to help improve services and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Student, High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in health and wellness or customer service are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the health and wellness industry. If you do not have an experience, we will teach you to become a professional.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency with basic computer software and scheduling systems.
    • Ability to operate cryotherapy equipment (training will be provided).
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic.
    • Detail-oriented and able to follow protocols precisely.
    • Passionate about health and wellness.
